DESIGN CENTER ANALYST
The Design Center Analyst will focus on supporting our External Brokerage Managers to provide appropriate solutions for the brokers we support. You will be expected to provide creative solutions and coordinate for a range of product and services.
Roles & Responsibilities
Case Design Support
Converse with Brokerage Managers and Advisors to understand goals and objectives to effectively generate output needed
Work with Advances Sales team to collaborate on case design options
Understand and communicate additional opportunities the Brokerage Manager or Advisor did not see
Work with Managing Director on understanding case design and market trends
Case Support Tracking
Work with Managing Director on where cases are coming from and what has been successful
Work with Managing Director and Brokerage Managers on case development and design efficiencies
Track the implementation success of solutions provided
Self-Development
Continue to develop knowledge and skills in the financial service industry
Develop effective communication skills and task management skills
Success Will Be Measured By:
Ability to complete project in a timely fashion
Being able to manage several tasks in a fast paste environment
Positive feedback from Brokers Managers and Advisors on support provided
